Where:   The Winemakers of Somerset, 12 Church Street, Bound Brook New Jersey

What: Five Generals Winemaking Event - Heritage Trail Association honors Revolutionary War Generals headquartered in Somerset County, except for 2007 Kick-off Year which will feature colorful colonial Phillip Van Horne!  Next 5 years: George Washington, Lord Stirling, Baron Von Steuben, Nathanael Greene and Henry Knox.  A custom wine barrel (yield 230 bottles) will be made by a select group of participants each year!  Attendees will taste and vote which wine is to represent each year’s General.

Event Features:
- A wine tasting and ballot for the following year’s edition of wine.
- A short instructional “winemaking” talk (courtesy of The Winemakers of Somerset)
-  Music and high end hors d'oeuvres in a historic warehouse atmosphere
- Outdoor patio area
- Live & Silent Auction of unique items such as a "share" of your very own wine barrel of wine (value = $500), antique furniture and other wine related items

Tickets: $75 Ticket includes a custom wine bottle, all of the above and wine tasting for next year’s bottle.
