Entertain your guests at a
business meeting, intimate gathering, reception or dinner
at the
historic Van Horne House.
The Van Horne House is a unique facility for corporate and
social meetings, receptions, and formal and informal gatherings.
Renovated in 2002, the House offers:
- Two large connected rooms, with fireplaces, suitable for
lectures, dinners and receptions (approximately 760 sq feet)
- Space for indoor seating for up to 80 guests.
- Use of the entire first floor of the house including:
2 large connected rooms, large entryway/reception area and
the Van Horne Room and Tavern Conference room.
- Tavern Conference room suitable for smaller group meetings,
presentations and seminars, is fully equipped with podium,
numerous power sources, conference table and seating for
up to 35 people theater-style.
- To complement your gathering at the Historic Van Horne
House, Heritage Trail can offer your guests an educational
tour and overview of the house and current exhibits for
a minimal extra charge.
- The Van Horne House provides wheelchair entry to the first
floor as well as access to restrooms for disabled guests.
- Special non-profit rates.
- Several different sized conference and display tables
and up to (60) Cushioned Folding Chairs for use at no charge.
- Additional $350 charge applies for alcoholic beverages
being served.
- Side room with sink for catering set up and staging.
